Fatigue can be tricky. You might feel lively one minute and drained the next. Fatigue can set in and slow you down working for extended periods, managing a busy household, or juggling multiple priorities. You can restrict the loss in energy.

But how do we deal with mental fatigue?. This one is tougher. Too many emails, info, and worries exhaust deeper than physical work. To mitigate this, do a short digital detox. Detach from devices, breathe slowly, and let thoughts settle. Afterward, you’ll feel clearer and energized.  

Finally, be mindful of your body. It is usually a good indicator that it needs a break. Should tiredness remain, you might need to cut down. Carrying excess tasks leads to fatigue, inefficiency, and burnout.  

The key is finding balance and knowing when to stop. It isn’t about shortcuts, but about rest, activity, food, and breaks to stay sharp. The priority is understanding your body’s requirements. Be mindful, stay active, and most importantly, listen to yourself.
